Human Resources Supervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Contributes to research, analysis and ideas to ensure that organizational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that supports the company to be a high performing organization through planning, development, implementation and administration needed people and organizational development which includes Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Performance Management.
**TALENT ACQUISITION**

**PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT**
- Responsible for the development, administration, organization, and coordination of employee performance review and ensures understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results.
**LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT**
- Responsible in identifying, developing and conducting/coordinating training needs which includes but not limited to New Hires Orientation, Company initiative and DOLE required learning sessions etc.
o Leads in the over-all capability development program for the employees through planning and administrative execution of training programs suited for employees or division

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With at least 3 years solid experience, as specialist or officer, in the area of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Learning & Development.
Or have been on a HR Generalist role.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Good/Excellent active listening, communications and presentation skills
- Financial Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Process and People, Learning and Development._

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
