• Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff• Plan and conduct new employee orientation• Hire or refer qualified candidates• Administer HR policies and procedures• Support annual salary review• Administer employee discipline processes• Review and update employee rules and regulations• Maintain the human resource information system andemployee database.• Process paperwork.• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations• Must know basic English language• knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management.• One year of experience is a must.• Perfect health.• Must have judgment skills, organizing and planning skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills.
