Human Resources Staff

Responsible for handling at least one (1) area of Human Resources such as recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, records management, employee relations and performance management
Serves as the front line in answering queries related to HR policies and protocols
Assists in the planning and implementation of employee engagement program
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or Nursing
Has at least six (6) months experience in the field of Human Resource
Has basic background in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration
Has good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Fast-learner and a self-starter
Willing to work long hours and do field work
Can work ASAP
