Job Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist shall be responsible for all Talent Acquistion-related transactions and processes of the store/s handled.
As such, the position shall ensure the efficient conduct of the following HR systems and processes in the store/stores: Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Manpower Planning
Ensures that the store/stores' manpower requirements are supported with approvals.
Initiates manpower requirement discussions with Operations in times of store openings, expansions, closures, or in support of new stores in borrowing manpower, whether TPM or direct hired from other existing stores
2.
Talent Acquisition
- Ensures that all vacancies as a result of resignation, new position due to expansion, etc.
are being filled within the agreed service level agreement:
Rank and File - 30 days Supervisory - 45 days Managerial - 60 days
- Handles end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, initial interview, test administration, background check and administration, pre-employment requirements, documentations) for Rank and File positions and Supervisory positions.
For Managerial positions, applicants should be endorsed for final interview to the HR Manager for Operations and Operations Manager.Initiates strategies to fill up BU vacancies adequately.Sources applicants thru available channels (Job Streets, Local online sites, Referrals etc.)
and coordinates with Government Offices and School placement Offices for job postings and applicants referrals.Schedules presentation of Job Offer to successful applicants.Makes sure that all employee movements (hiring, regularization transfers, resignation, termination, etc.)
are supported with accurate, complete, and timely documentation by preparing Personnel Action Notice (PAN) A/B, ESAs and employee contracts.Monitors the Performance Management System in the store/s and ensures submission of performance appraisals.
JOB KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment administration.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Shopwise Sucat

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
