QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Education: Must be a college graduate.
Preferably of Psychology or other Behavioral Sciences.
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a shared services setting
- Oracle experience highly desired
- Process improvement mindset
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be willing to work in the Night Shift
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The HR Coordinator II is responsible for providing support in all HR related function.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Performs various clerical and statistical assignments relating to the general Human Resources function.
2.
Maintains employment records of company personnel, records status changes in the HRMS system, prepares reports on employment, training, salaries, etc.
as assigned.
3.
Conducts required investigations, check references on new hires, assist in new employee orientation and other employee meetings to educate employees on policies, procedures, benefits, etc.
4.
Requires working with highly confidential data and frequent contact with employees and the public where personal influence may be exercised.
5.
Performs more complex projects such as wage and salary administration, job evaluation, employee handbooks, editing of publications, and analyzing statistical data.
6.
Resolves most questions and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

**Salary**: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
