Education level college graduate of Human Resource management or any business course
Communication skills proficient in verbal and written English
Soft skills solid human resources background, speaking, problem-solving, leadership, organizational skills;
with strong analytical, communication, and inter-personal skills;
critical-thinking and reasoning abilities; ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
administrative and communication skills
mentally alert, attentive to details, has good/sound judgment
Technical skills computer literate;
Experience with at least 5 years experience in Human Resources operations, preferably handling a
position focused mainly in recruitment, PMS, OD, legal compliance, training and development, employee relations, policy development, compensation and benefits, occupational safety, among others
Personality must be of good moral character
Duties implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions;
develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action;
improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees;
originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
