ADMINISTRATIVESUPPORT:
Perform daily HRtransactions

HANDLE HR TRANSACTIONS

Handletimely deployment of new hires by following the recruitment & manningcalendar; monitor Incident/Violation Reports & check compliance on theprocesses required ; monitor &accomplish attendance reports for payroll processing

CREATE HR REPORTS

Createaccurate & efficient encoding of all employee profile

RESOLVE ROUTINE QUERIES

Provideassistance on transactional activities & queries & escalate complexissues & questions to HRM for immediate resolution

PROCESS PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMS

Facilitateperformance feedback by releasing the forms required & prepare document forHR action

PROCESS EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCES

Preparedocument & process employee separations & clearance

Qualifications:

Candidate mustpossess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, BehavioralSciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management

Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills

With pleasingpersonality, flexible and able to multi-task

Flexible to beassigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours

Willing to beassigned in
