- Assist in all recruitment activities of the Company.
- Draft and issue disciplinary memo to employees.
- Monitor and report all applicant list.
- Issue uniforms and accesssories
- Submit regular reports to the HR Manager
- Do other task assigned by the Management
Tea Gumps’ brand and reputation has been tested through time with each branches established for the past 6 years and many years to come. Established in 2013, Tea GUMPS is the brainchild of Eljun Victor. His passion starts when he wants to have a personalized dark chocolate milk tea for his own consumption and to also reduce the cost of him paying for a 100 peso milk tea budget per day. After months of taste testing and improvisation, Tea GUMPS was finally launched on February 2013 at Rizal Avenue in Taytay, Rizal.
From his first leap in starting the milk tea business business, serving 40 cups a day, it took years of passion and persistence to build an empire that will dominate the province of Rizal. Fast forward after 6 years, Tea Gumps milk tea shop is now the leading Milk Tea brand in the whole of Rizal, which has been remarkably patronized by milk tea lovers and alike.
