Job Description:
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION Facilitates the processing of employee’s benefits. Assists employees in processing their benefit claims from both company and government agencies like the SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig and BIR including its documentation and preparation of summary for record purposes. Coordinates with government agencies regarding employee update and status of benefits and claims. Assists in wage/salary administration and compensation research. Ensures optimization of the Oracle OTL and timely application and approval of SL/VL/OT and COA; and generates related reports and maintain soft copy for the Department. Checks, records, updates and monitors sick/vacation leaves of all regular employees. Handles the semi-monthly checking of Daily Time Records and submits Timesheet Summary to the Accounting Department for payroll purposes. Preparation of Notices related to salary pay including Salary Increase of Non- CBU Members and CBU Members (Pre and post). Uploading of updated salary increase to Oracle and HRIS. ORACLE OTL, PAYROLL SYSTEM, AND BIOMETRICS Final approver for Oracle Applications (COA, OT and Leaves). Keeps track employees Oracle applications and updates employees regarding Oracle updates. Monitor the integration of approved Oracle applications to the payroll system. Coordinates with recruitment specialist and IT department with the biometrics concerns (synchronization of biometric machines, registration, update biometrics data and biometrics errors). SEPARATION PROCESS Computes retirement pays of retiring employees and leave conversions of all separated employees, if applicable. Prepares Quit Claims and Retirement Certifications of separated employees. ADMINISTRATIVE AND DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS Submits reports for new employees and separated employees to concerned government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF & BIR). Update employees account numbers and government numbers, as needed. Facilitates in the employees loan application to SSS and Pag-ibig. Verify new salary rates in the HRIS / Oracle with the payroll master list for payroll purposes. Facilitate in the Payroll ATM account opening of newly hired employees (Confi and Non- Confi) and newly promoted employees. Prepares Monthly Tardiness reports of employees. Submits Compressed Work Week (CWW) renewal to DOLE every six months. Facilitates in the issuances of company Uniforms. Assists in the updating of the Manual of Personnel Policies and Procedures. OTHER RELATED TASKS Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices. Conforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. Reports Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization. Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by:
Maintaining integrity and confidentiality of the rates of staff level employees. Controlling access on the DTR module. Performs any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role. Minimum Qualifications:
Will be responsible for ensuring fair and effective implementation and administration of salary and company benefits to all employees of Hedcor Luzon.


Qualifications: Must be a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting/ Financial Management/ Psychology/ Human Resources Development Management Adept in the Labor Code of the Philippines With background in handling DTR module and oracle system With at least two (2) years of related work experience
