**Job Summary**:
- Advises HR personnel about new DOLE regulations, and maintains compliance and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues.
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
- Review timekeeping and man-hour computation submitted and prepared by HR personnel.
- Review and verify Government Mandated Benefits computed and prepared by HR personnel prior to submission and payment to SSS/Pag-IBIG, Philhealth.
- Administer compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Attends to labor concerns whenever issues arise.
- Attends to grievance handling of employees.
- Ensures due process of administrative cases.
- Facilitates Performance Evaluation Reviews.
- Responsible for planning and facilitating inter-company corporate activities i.e Team Building, Christmas Party, etc.
- Attends monthly and weekly meetings.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or relevant course.
- 3-5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Supervisory/Management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Reporting skills.

- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
