Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Facilitate all DOLE requirements in terms of registrations, audit and any related matters.
Responsible to check the accuracy and completeness of the HR report to any government agencies before the submission.
Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events.
Coordinates the activities of other HR assistants for the purpose of ensuring all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (processing of personnel actions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, termination and completion of state reports) for the purpose of being timely accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives.
Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (personnel actions, regulatory requirements, inter-department needs) for the purpose of developing recommendations and supporting other staff.
Handles and implement the issuance of Incident Report (IR) and process necessary reprimands or disciplinary actions.
Facilitate the coordination and deployment of employee to a training and seminars.
Coordinate employee Job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluation and job classifications.
Recommend the issuance of Incident Report (IR) to all employees who violates any standard company policy and procedures.
Schedules the training/orientation of newly hired employees
Coordinates training/orientation of all employees on internal procedures and policies.

Coordination includes:o Scheduling of date, time and place of internal training.o Informing training attendees and their supervisors/managers and the trainers or training facilitator of the training schedule.
Determining the training needs of the employees for all departments by constantly asking the department heads for the needed extended training of the employees and also asking the employees of their suggested needed extended training.
Source out training providers for the extended training requests of the employees.
Arrange the enrollment of the employees with the training provider
Ensures that all employees receive statutory required trainingKeeping of all training records of employees-Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
