Job description
Main Duties:
- Processes timekeeping and benefit requirement (SSS/PHIC/HDMF report and claims)
- Maintains and updates team members' record
- Serves as the front line in answering queries related to HR policies and protocols
Job Requirement:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or Nursing
- Has at least six (6) months experience in the field of Human Resources
- Has basic knowledge in compensation and benefits administration, labor laws and recruitment
- A person of integrity with good interpersonal skills, exhibits resilience, values excellence and shows initiative at all times
- Willing to do field work as needed (visit government agencies for record submission)
- Willing to be assigned in Bagong-ilog Pasig City

**Salary**: Php14,820.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
