Human Resource Specialist - Training & Employee Engagement

Job Description:
Training
Assists the HR Manager in identifying training needs of different Departments Designs and develops internal training materials for staff level Coordinates training logistics such as schedule, venue, food, etc. Conducts internal training or assists external trainer on the day of training Maintains training records for each employee Sends online training evaluation to participants and summarizes the results for submission to HR Manager Employee Engagement
Proactively gives suggestions for monthly bonding activities for employees Takes an active role in organizing annual company events like Summer outing, Anniversary and Christmas party Initiates other engagement activities that will promote corporate values and culture Utilizes survey tools to measure employee engagement Makes recommendations to the HR Manager to address or improve employee engagement Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course At least 2 years of relevant work experience Effective presentation and facilitation skills Exposure in Organizational Development diagnostic tools such as surveys, focus group discussions, etc. Willing to work in Antipolo City
