**HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Psychometrician license is an advantage.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Inter-personal relations and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Experience in handling employee disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Adheres to a code of honesty without compromise.
- Able to adapt to change quickly when the occasion calls for it, with due consideration to company policies.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain, develop, and implement strategic Human Resources initiatives related to Recruitment and Onboarding, Career and Performance Management, Employee Relations and Culture Building, etc.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of employee data and change workflows across all internal and external management systems.
- Develop and contribute to the design, configuration and communication activities related to ongoing and future programs (including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance, rewards) for all employees
- Continuously seek to identify, improve and automate current HR processes to improve management and accessibility of key analytical data.
