Job Description:
The Human Resource (HR) Manager is responsible for coordinating, administering, executing, and evaluating employee and other workforce-related activities. Their job is to oversee human resource practices and procedures, including employee-related concerns, job recruitment, employee relations, employee schedule, performance management, and training.

The main responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager include the following:

Develop and implement HR strategies with accordance to the business strategy of the company Recommend innovative HR approaches and strategies to the company Maintain company documents Manage recruitment and selection process Write employee contracts Oversee exit interviews Oversee HR employees Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Must have working experience in human resource management which includes (but not limited to) human resource metrics, database organization, negotiation, and presentation skills Must have strong organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have theoretical and practical knowledge in human resource management Must have proficiency in using management tools Must have proven expertise in leadership and conflict resolution Amenable to work in Makati daily
