Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Accountable in formulating Human Resources activities, handling employee relations and labor relations activities. Knowledgeable on procedures and laws of the Philippine Labor Code. Plan and oversee the proper implementation of Human Resources policies and programs Plan regular employee performance evaluations Maintain and ensure that HR database is updated continuously and kept confidential Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Manage the procedures by administering labor relations activities and investigations. Must have the initiative to ensure engagement in the workforce to have a productive workplace environment. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Must have At least 5 years working experience in the related field. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must be organized and keen to details. Adaptive in multinational environment. With strong analytical and planning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation.
