JOB DESCRIPTION:• Manage all aspects of the Human Resource processes.• Ensures implementation of company policies.• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.• Promote corporate values and support business success through performance management, organizational development, talent management and labor relations.• Prepares employees for onboarding by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.• Utilize HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization.• Coordinate all Human Resources training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs.• Study benefit needs and trends and recommend benefit programs to the management.• Ensures legal compliance and maintain records.• Conduct investigations and facilitate HR hearings for violations and representing the organization at court hearings.• Maintains human resource results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Analyze data on employee turnover, employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews and other metrics.• Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them.QUALIFICATIONS:• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent• At least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position• In depth knowledge of the Philippine labor law• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong organizational, presentation and leadership skills• Critical thinking and decision making skills• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City• Can start ASAP
