Job Description:
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations Update and formulate company policies and procedures. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy Interviewing applicants Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs Analyzing job duties; writing and/or review job descriptions Performing job evaluations and job analysis Provide memorandums to inform employees (e.g. new policy, disciplinary action, etc.) Handle the review of payroll of the employee. Secure compliance with the government aligned to labor law requirements. Must be updated always and follow the changes in labor legislation and government procedures. Work with HR/Admin Assistant in related to Human Resource jobs Perform all other tasks assigned from time to time by the Manager and/or OCIC. Management Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 5 years total experience in related field. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written. With strong analytical and planning skills. Organized and keen to details. Dependable and responsive to the Management direction. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation. Easily to adapt in multinational environment. Must be able to multi-task.
