Human Resource (Hr) Manager

Job Description:
Looking for a self-driven, highly professional and motivated individual that's willing to put in the hours to making several small businesses thrive. The candidate shall oversea all human resources activities, that will include, but won't be limited to:


Develop Employee handbook for holding company and all its subsidiaries Recruit highly professional individuals for all the subsidiaris of the holding company Create on boarding program for newly hired employees Create innovative awards, events, and others alike for the subsidiaries of the holding company In charge of token/gift distribution to suppliers and customers during certain times of the year Conduct phone interviews, initial interviews and offer JOs to highly rated candidates Prepapre and conduct monthly and quarterly evaluations with every employee of the subsidiaries Willing to work with some subsidiaries that are fast-growing start-ups in there respective industries Other duties that may arise from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Must have bachelors degree (BA) Must be conversational in both english and tagalog Must have advanced proficiency in writing in english and tagalog Has to have worked in the FMCG industry for at least four (4) years Needs to have HR management experience Experienced in recruitment via Kalibrr, Jobstreet, Linkedin, Monster and other accounts Must be extremely familiar with DOLE rules and regulations
