Details of the offer

Manages the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the business by providing guidelines, tools for implementation and guidance on interpretation in order to maintain a high standard of discipline and organization in the company.
Coach and Mentor subordinates and employees needing HR guidance
Take a lead role for HR in improving and documenting processes in all aspects of operations.
Develops and maintains standard procedures for all human resources processes; manages the performance of HR operations to ensure quality control of data, accuracy and timeliness of services provided.
Oversees over-all HR operations of the company including branches and satellite offices.
Optimum turnaround time for recruiting for critical positions especially those impacting efficient company operations
Ensures efficient monitoring and timely delivery for all mandated benefits
Facilitate coordination and efficient payroll processing
Manages employee performance system and organizational development of the organization.
Institute metrics-driven operational reviews and performance appraisals through Organizational Development (OD).
Ensures timely implementation of Performance Evaluation system
Manages employee performance system and organizational development of the organization.
Implement and recommends employee program and strategies in enhancing employee motivation and employee retention.
Consistent and regular venue for effective employee and management communications to aid in keeping high employee morale.
Institute and implement effective employee programs to boost employee morale and improve employee retention rate.
Provides programs and conducts training for personal development.
Analyze training needs and develop new training and comprehensive personnel programs for the organization.

Bachelor’s degree holder preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
At least with 6 years minimum experience in the same field as Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Human Resource.
General knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices and other HR processes.
Strong work ethics, integrity, leadership, mentoring & coaching skills and capability in building effective communication across the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to be assigned and worked in Muntinlupa area.
Must be willing to travel and conduct branch visits.
Available to start immediately
