Human Resource (Hr) Generalist

Job Description:
The Human Resource Generalist will lead and conduct human resource related functions in Masungi Georeserve for its conservation and development needs. It entails strong leadership skills, and experience managing an organisation of 70-100 individuals on site. Experience dealing with rural communities is preferred. Working closely with the project managers, activities include the following:


Recruitment for park rangers and other roles in the surrounding upland and rural communities to maximise involvement of locals Monitoring and resolving needs for compensation and benefits (SSS/Philhealth/Etc.) of team members of the organisation Overall monitoring of compliance to policies of the organisation Taking care of employee relations Enabling training and development needs Minimum Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organisational skills; 1-3 years experience in a human resource function; Familiarity with rural community development (preferred); Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills
