Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office Manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Responsible for all parts of the ff. areas:
Recruiting and Staffing logistics Organizational and Space planning Performance Management and Improvement System Organizational Development Employment and Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting Employee orientation, development, and training Policy development and documentation Employee Relations & Labor Laws Company-wide committee facilitation Company employee communications Compensation and Benefits administration Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and employee services and counseling Coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the Leadership Team and HR Specialists. Developing HR planning strategies with other managers, who will identify immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels, together with the HR Manager. Analyzes training need in conjunction with other department managers’ needs. Performs other duties identified by the HR Manager and General Manager. Reports any food safety issues to higher management. Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements: Must be willing to go through a shifting schedule. Social Perceptiveness Active Listening Dealing with Complexity Good judgment Patience and self-confidence Time management skills; Stress management skills; Computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs; Effective written communication skills; Very effective organizational skills; Attention to detail and high level of accuracy; Effective verbal and listening Decision-making skills; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Team building skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Economics, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
