**Human Resource Head**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Leadership and Coordination**:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the HR Department.
- Direct and motivate personnel to participate in all company programs and activities, such as 7s, SGA, QCC, and RGC-PS.
- Ensure that performance targets and objectives are met and well-communicated to subordinates
- Coordinate with Corporate HROD for the annual planning and strategies for implementation.
**Recruitment and Engagement**:
- Oversee staff in the course of the recruitment process.
- Oversee all labor engagement for the plant and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
**Compliance and Records Management**:
- Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.
- Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Ensure that all policies behind are clearly understood by all employees.
- Ensure the existing company rules and regulations are being followed and implemented.
- Ensure completion of files in the 201.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits.
- Ensure completion of government-mandated forms, such as SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, TIN.
**Payroll and Budget**:
- Coordinate with Payroll group in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure the appropriate resources are allocated as per plan and agreed on a budget.
**Administration**:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the plant.
- Coordinate with the Administration team on the department's operation status.
Learning and Development and Performance Management:
- Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
**Employee Relations**:
- Work with Corporate Legal & Compliance Department to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Participate in the investigation of employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- BS in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in the field of human resources.
- Proven work experience as an HR and Admin Manager.
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City.
- Can start immediately.
- Full-time position is available.
