**Job Summary**
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Supervisor in the day-to-day Human Resource Operations.

**Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications**
- At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development
- Well-acquainted in all human resource functions (Selection, Recruitment, Government Benefits, and Employee Discipline)
- Must be up to date on the trends in the compensation and benefits area of the employees
- Has initiative and is very timely in submitting reports both to the management and to the government mandated benefits to avoid penalties.
- Superb organizing and prioritizing skills
- Can facilitate queries and updates on SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR Files
- Computer literate (Microsoft word, Excel, and Photoshop)
- Can work under minimum supervision

**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
