**JOB DESCRIPTION**
HR Assistant is the one who is responsible to do administrative duties inside the organization.
He/she is also tasked to give support in different facets of Human Resources.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.
Performing task that helps in accomplishing HR goals and objectives.
2.
Give support to the HR Coordinator in different facets of Human Resources (recruitment and selection, training and development, Compensation and benefits, Labor relations).
3.
Can handle time keeping and payroll.
4.
Conducts new employee orientation, maintain records and essential information.
5.
Makes sure that information encoded was updated and correct (ex.
Phone number, government numbers and other details).
7.
Collect incident reports from safety and security for encoding and NTE making.
8.
Answers telephone and relay messages if necessary.
9.
Performs administrative works like sorting files and organizing 201 files specially.
10.
Support daily operations of HR team.
11.
Attends to HR related inquiries.
