Human Resource Assistant

1. Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering employee questions and addressing complaints.
-Records and File maintenance
- Processing of incoming mails/correspondence
- Responsible for issuance of Certificate of Employment, Clearances, etc.
- Process leave schedules and other required documentations for the day.
2. Recruitment, Hiring and Placement .
3. Training and Orientation
4. Compensation and Benefits
5. Attendance, Timekeeping and Payroll Processing
6. Off-Boarding Process
7. Others
- Assist in the issuance of Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision to concerned department/employee.
- Monitoring and filing of gov't mandated contributions of service provider.
- Checking of agency weekly billing and processing of request for payment.
- Supplies Inventory and Control.
- Performance Evaluation Monitoring.
*Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management or equivalent.
*Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.
* willing to be assigned at Calauan, Laguna
