What you will do Provide quality and timely customer service to our Rider fleet via ticket and over the phone Reach out to customer, vendor and riders via email or phone as needed Simple data entry and record keeping Analyze and suggest improvements to existing procedures and processes Compile rider concerns and suggest preventive measures Our toppings: Not a day is boring here! Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, in any field. 1-2 years of experience in customer service would be an asset Required language(s): English, Filipino High level English proficiency is a must, plus strong problem solving and analytical skills. Must have accurate and fast typing skills, and excellent listening and responding skills Courteous with strong customer service orientation Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
