In this capacity, the HRIS Coordinator (Talent Management) will support day-to-day Production us in HCM (Human Capital Management) appications for Emerson companies in a global, multi-business group environment. The primary responsibilities of this Coordinator position will be to resolve production issues and support the gobal rollout of Emerson's Oracle Talent Management and Self-Service.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Provide excellent customer service to customers by timely response, accurate information, proactive assistance, and proper, accurate, and timely information processing.

Act as liaison between GHRIS and the Business Units customers by interacting with BU HR, Finance, operations management, and employee customer population to understand their requirements and needs.

Provide support for employee transfers across Emerson Business Units.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments to employees on the US payrolls, which includes multiple states, multiple pay frequencies and multiple GREs using Oracle HCM.

Responsible for accurate balances in relation to regulatory reporting for taxes – State, Federal, City, County, SUI, FUTA, 941 and W-2 information.

Support benefits function as it relates to employee contributions for healthcare, 401k contributions, pension information, etc

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• University Degree
• Related experience in the BPO industry (Payroll or HR processing)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Very good English written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to work on night shift schedule and Philippine holiday
