**Job Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year HR Systems and Reporting experience
- Stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Maintaining HR Information System (HRIS): ensure HRIS is accurately updated on a timely manner to reflect all organizational changes.
- Generating Reports: Provide monthly roster or ad hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Automation Management: Run daily RTB automation for Total Rewards.
If needed, assist in automation design to support HR processes.
- Vendor Management: Ensure that new contracts, contract renewals and payments are processed and applied on time.
If needed, accruals need to be done by the end of the year.
- Provide orientation to new hires during First Day High on HR Systems
**Salary**: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
