YOUR ROLE
Responsible for assignment of Security Roles/Profiles and Authorizations for SAP HR systems (P07, P26, P39) to all employees globally
Responsible for analyzing change requests from business stakeholders / local counterparts, processing of information, and administration/development of technical profiles/roles
Responsible for implementation of approved technical documentation, design development, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of HR security roles
Responsible for issues, problem-solving, and troubleshooting regarding authorization; Assistance in the preparation of special analyses and reports for both regional and global
Responsible for process documentations – work guides, process flows, and improvement of policies where needed
Responsible for data gathering, system analysis and design, blueprinting, system configuration, unit testing and documentation of SAP HR Authorizations Projects
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course
Minimum of (3) three years working experience using SAP; Required to have at least 1 (one) year experience in SAP authorizations
With intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Proactive - with issue resolution and analysis skills
Project management experience is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills due to global stakeholder interactionJOB ID: req5102
