YOUR ROLE
Support Henkel end-to-end payroll process: pre-payroll preparation, payroll system execution, reconciliation, validation, preparing bank files
Handle post-payroll and statutory report preparation
Address internal and external audit payroll concerns
Coordinate with country Local HR and Finance teams regarding payroll
Update payroll documentations and job aids
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum of three (3) years working experience as a Payroll professional; preferably with expertise in Australia and New Zealand payroll process obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment
Intermediate knowledge in Excel is required; Simple automation experience using Macro and VBA is highly preferred
ADP Payroll (Global View) and SAP knowledge is an advantage
Excellent command of the English language, detail-oriented, with time management and collaboration skills
