YOUR ROLE
Manage all written information which can be found in the personnel file of an employee throughout his relationship with the company from hiring to termination of the employer-employee relationship
Manage contracts and handles communication with authorities regarding hiring & dismissal documentation, labor permits and local contracts, accident documentation and reports, issuing letters of reference, among others
Execute processes according to standard templates assuring the defined service commitments and service level agreements (SLA’s)
Respond to human resources (HR) or stakeholder inquiries and concerns related to the process
Ensure service continuity according to the planning defined with the team
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business, Human Resource, or Psychology-related course
Preferably with at least one (1) year working experience as an HR professional with documentation handling preferably obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge in MS Office required; SAP experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Detail-oriented and with good analytical skills
