Job Description 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Plans and carries out responsibilities relating to all phases of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, wage and salary administration, employee relations and organizational development.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
Establish best recruiting and efficient staffing processes.
Conducts internal and external recruitment for all positions of the Mother Company and all its Affiliates and its Business Units.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Designs and implements employee training programs, including job design, performance standards, training guides.
Provides counseling, problem resolution, intervention services to all employees of Mother Company and its subsidiaries.
Designs and implements competitive compensation and benefits program.
Provides full HR support including OD, employee relation?s guidance to executive teams of Mother Company and all its Business Units.
Ensures regular appraisals of all employees based on predetermined standards and objectives.
Maintains and updates 201 files of all personnel of the Mother Company and all its affiliates and Business Units.
Oversees the preparation of payroll of all employees under the Mother Company and all its Affiliates and Business Units on time.
Designs succession plans based on merit performance model for the Mother Company and all its Affiliates and Business units.
Provides career planning program to Mother Company and all its Affiliates and Business units.
Motivates and develops staff to ensure continually high standards of performance and maintain high morale within the whole organization.
Prepares budget of personnel operations.
Regularly meets with people on their concerns as well as to resolve grievances.
Writes separation notices for employees separating with cause and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to resolve any problem and improves conditions related to Human Resources and Logistics.
Represents Company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Ensures that all tests like aptitude, IQ and personality tests are administered to all applicants of the Company.
Ensures that remittances and annual regulatory/compliance reports to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig are done regularly on time.
Coordinates / communicates with corporate legal counsels on all complicated matters pertaining to HRAD.
Performs all other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
3. QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources Management Courses
With 3 to 5 years supervisory? experience
With in-depth knowledge and skills in all facets of HR (training, employee relations, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits)
With excellent human relations skills
Good both in oral and written communication skills
