Responsibilities
Build and manage the HR team to ensure delivery of professional workforce, compensation & benefits and payroll services
Accountable for managing the delivery of all workforce, compensation & benefits and payroll to or within the America or Canada regions, including supporting salary grading, bonus target setting and calculation process, local and regional recognition administration and the administration of benefits and pensions.
Management of vendor relationship and day-to-day service delivery of regional and local recognition and benefits providers.
Develop the required total rewards service skills within the Total Rewards team, coaching team members on how to deliver services which create a positive employee experience. This includes setting objectives and providing performance feedback to the team.
Close collaboration with HR Advisory and other HR Service Delivery teams, local HR and Center of Excellence teams to align on, prioritize and resolve issues, build and share knowledge across teams.
Act as the point of contact for the HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise, Local HR and the HR Service Delivery Manager on all Total Rewards service delivery related issues.
Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration and communication within the HR team and other HR functions.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
Has experience in US or Canada Shared Service setup in Workforce, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
Has people management experience (provides coaching, direction of tasks, training, etc.)
Proven workforce experience preferably in the context of HR Services or HR Operations environment
Proven experience in team management
Experience in handling core HR and compensation and benefits specific systems (TalentSoft, SAP HR, or other), SharePoint & case management tools (ServiceNow or other) desirable
Cultural adaptability
Strong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast paced environment
