Details of the offer

Responsible for consistently reporting/providing hiring updates for specific vertical/s;
Responsible for attending kick off and project calls to represent recruitment;
Monitors recruitment timelines and ensures recruiting progress is within these committed timelines;
Oversees a few sourcing channels and monitors effectiveness based on share of hires and cost per hire;
Oversees external partnership: third party vendors, headhunter partners and suppliers;
Ensures that weekly and monthly reviews (aside from mid-year and annual PDP) are happening;
Provides regular coaching to direct reports;
Approves/rejects time logs in Teamware;
Encourages the team to participate in company events and projects
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 3 years of leadership experience
Experience is recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles is a plus but not required
Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
Good People Management
Good Performance Management
Good Time Management Skills
Strong Stakeholder Management
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, internal customers, vendors and demonstrated ability to communicate with different cultures across multiple continents.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Flexible with work schedules and open to long working hours.
