Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- with atleast 5 years or more expirence as HR Supervisor
- Excellent Computer skills including spreadsheet, power point and word processing unit
- Can handle stress and pressure
- Good judgment or with profiling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Easy to adapt to change

- Willingness to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle complaints from employees
