Hr Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of the overall Training & Overseas Section.
- Monitors the orientation for newly-hired probationary, casual, and under agency employees.
- Ensures the validity of expat's visa and work permit.
- Oversees end to end preparation and execution of trainings (internal and external; local and overseas)

**Qualifications**
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any other related course.
- Must have at least three (3) years of related experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Must be proficient in communicating, both in oral and written English and Filipino.
- Can relate effectively with all types of people in the organization and can demonstrate strong leadership ability.
- Capable of teaching and training people.
- Capable of maintaining confidential information

**Salary**: From Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Training: 5 years (preferred)
