Hr Staff

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BS Psychology
- Preferably licensed Psychometrician, but not required
- Open for fresh graduates, though experience in HR field is an advantage
- Excellent multi-tasker, can work well under pressure, highly responsible
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to physically report to work during and after pandemic

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Intake or attending to employee questions
- Processing incoming mails
- Creating and distributing documents
- Maintain HR files and databases
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets
- Assist the Head - Human Resources in development and implementation of HR policies
- Participate in developing and structuring organizational guidelines and procedures
- Aid in facilitating HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace that meets institutional needs and demands
- Participate in end-to-end recruitment efforts
- Prepare new 201 employee files
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Orienting new employees to the organization
- Participate in organizing training and development initiatives
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
