QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferably at least 1 year experience employees specialized in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity of HR practices and needs.
- Understanding of fair employment practices
- Can work under pressure.
- Can start immediately.
- One (1) Full time position.
- Preferably residents of Meycauayan, Bulacan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Adding newly hired workers to payroll system.
- Timekeeping of monthly and weekly paid employees.
- Shall be assigned with other related task from time to time.
- Monitoring the attendance of the employees.
- Noticing and correcting any timekeeping errors.
- Report and verify info and explain timekeeping systems to employees.
- Coordinating to Site Engineer and Site Foreman for the daily attendance of workers.
- Coordinate with the accounting department for the salary of workers and other concerns.
- Coordinate with the Employee Relation Officer for the incident report in every site.
- Assist for clearance monitoring, resignation letter, and Company ID to surrender.
- Monitor workers information by entering and updating employment and status data.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
- Maintain high level of credibility, integrity and honesty.
- Perform other task which may be assigned by the supervisor/project manager.
**Salary**: Php11,700.00 - Php14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meycauayan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
