graduate of Psychology, HRDM and/or equivalent, preferably but not required
- with atleast 6 months of experience in employee relations (issuance of NTE & NOD, conducts administrative hearings, employee counselling, and etc.)
- with good analytical and communication skills
- with strong interpersonal skills
**Salary**: From Php12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
