**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Development Management or the like.
- With good oral & written communication skills.
- Flexible and experienced in dealing with people at all levels
- Experience working as HR in a Manufacturing company is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work as contractual employee for 5 months
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform end to end recruitment process.
Conduct resumé screening, administer tests and conduct initial interview to applicants.
- Prepare job ads draft and release job advertisements in on-line recruitment company for any job openings.
- Encode newly hired employees data in HRIS and ensure that all data in the system are regularly updated.
- Preparation of regularization papers of probationary employees as per recommendation of his/her immediate supervisor, Department Head/Managers, HR General Manager and the President.
- Assist in monitoring General Services activities being handled by HRD such as: Shuttle Service provider, Janitorial service providers, Security service providers, and Canteen Concessionaire.
- Shuttle allocation and coordination in shuttle providers.
