Hr Specialist (Recruitment & Employee Relation)

Details of the offer

Responsible for the end to end recruitment process (Visayas and Mindanao)
- Facilitate discussions with regards to realistic job preview, job offer, employment requirements, new hire onboarding, etc.
- Prepare employment contracts and collect needed documents for hiring and 201 file documentation.
- Monitor Performance Evaluations
- Conduct Company Orientation
- Assist in office events
- Adept in Labor Labor Laws
- Renders administrative assistance in handling administrative cases, documentation and monitoring of all administrative disciplinary cases and employee relations concerns.

- Strong operational discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Collaboration skills
- Minimum of 1 to 2 year work experience in Recruitment or HR related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any business-related course.
- Can start ASAP.
