Hr Specialist, Organization Effectiveness

Job Description

The Organization Effectiveness Specialist is responsible for conducting in-depth study on the current and future positions to ensure that the organization structure can efficiently and effectively support the strategic directions and goals of the company.
Compiles, studies and updates the job description and job specifications for all existing positions in the organization
Gathers information about current positions through different methods such as interviews, observations, and questionnaires.

Analyzes occupational data to identify needed competencies and competency level; physical, mental and training requirements; and, possible lines of career movement.

Analyzes work loads and personnel count per position in relation to the required results and productivity to check for redundancies, over staffing and under-staffing.

Recommends job and organizational design based on current challenges and anticipated business needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology is preferred but not required
At least 2-3 years work experience in Human Resources/ Organizational Development
Accomplished project on updating of Job Descriptions, preferably within the same industry
