DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Employee Onboarding and Employee Movement (Contract Creation,
Compliance, etc.)
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and safekeeping of employee data, organizing and
updating employee files manually, electronically, or thru the HRIS system
- Provides assistance concerning Employee Relations (Labor and Legal Cases, etc.)
- Generation and sending of reports concerning assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Enforcing policies and procedures of the Employee Success Department
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that supports the Company and Departments objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Psychology is an advantage but not required
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Employee Onboarding,
Employee Movement, etc.) in the BPO Industry
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite and others
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Onsite Requirements/Hybrid (Cebu Office)
