**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Champion employees' welfare by attending to their concerns through stakeholder meetings, FDG and other related initiatives;**
- **Actively work with, communicate, and support stakeholders in all aspects of HR to help achieve the Operational goals of the business**
- **Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of Employee Data and 201 Records; Facilitate new hire onboarding and improve employee orientation.

- **Get involved with and improve Employee Engagement activities and initiatives from planning, implementation, facilitation and reports;**
- **Handle and accomplish high-level Employee Relations-related reports and tasks**
- **Actively participate and contribute to the improvement of HR processes**
- **Assist in the conceptualization, development, & implementation of Human Resources projects or initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement**
- **Attend basic compensation and benefits concerns and escalate critical inquiries to respective departments and/or POCs;**
- **Attend, conduct and strictly reinforce due process in all internal disciplinary processes and documentation such as NTE, NOD and Administrative Hearings.
Ensure full compliance with the labor laws and internal policies.

- **Attend to any task HR Manager may assign**
- **Serve as the HR point of contact for any assigned programs and department.
Ensure that their concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
**
- **Offboard employees and process their respective clearances until the issuance of final pay and other-related documents.
**
- **Process employee movements such as Promotion, Lateral Transfer and Reassignments**
- **Process performance reviews, regularization document and discussion.
**
- **In close coordination with different departments (Support, Operations, Management)**
- **Other tasks and projects that may be assigned involving employees life cycle**

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Key Skills:

- With strong background in Labor and Employee Relations
- Background in all HR facets is an advantage
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Data Management/ Data Accuracy
- Preferably has experience in BPO Setting

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
