**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Bachelors degree in any College Course
- Can Drive 4 Wheels Automatic or Manual Vehicle
- With Valid Drivers License for 4 Wheels light vehicle
- willing to learn Recruiting and Searching of applicants
- Computer literate & accurate in data reporting
- Consistent in documentations & company process
- willing to do overtime duties, field works & travel

**Packages**:

- starting salary is Php 15,000 per month
- with 10% salary increase upon regularization
- with php 600 monthly load allowance
- with Meal & Transportation Allowances for Fieldworks
- with Overtime duties in complete Overtime pays computation
- with 15 days yearly sick leave credits (convertible to cash)
- with 15 days yearly vacation leave credits (consumable)
- with company hmo: maxicare
- with 13th month pay, sss, philhealth & pagibig

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs
- Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and education
- Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants
- Informing applicants about position details, working conditions, benefits and duties
- Hiring or referring qualified applicants for the employer
- Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
- Keeping process paperwork and employment records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,300.00 per month
