DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertises job vacancies in the jobsite online and the company email for internal job postings
Screens applicant resumes and arranges with shortlisted candidates to undergo the pre-employment assessments .
Endorses qualified applicants for succeeding interviews with the HR and the corresponding department heads.
Ensures new hires submits complete pre-employment requirements.
Prepare and release IDs.
Issues Notice of Personnel Actions (NOPA) for regularization, promotion, transfer, reclassification, merit increase, general increase and/or others
Preparing/Tallying of total Manpower headcount monthly
Coordinates and prepare payment for outsource training.

QUALIFICATION
Graduate of BS in Psychology or any related course.
Knowledgeable in end-to-end process in recruitment and other facets of Human Resource
Computer literate (Excel/ Word/Powerpoint)
With pleasing personality, determined and hard working person
Willing to do field work
Willing to render overtime if needed
Time and stress management
Good in communication skills
