Hr Process Improvement Specialist

• Leads the process improvement initiatives of the department
• Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and develops formal recommendations for
presentation to management, while working with subject matter experts Assists in determining project scopes
and schedules based on business needs and stakeholder requirements
• Coaches and supports project team members in using new tools, processes and methodologies
• Handles process documentations and reviews of the same
• Oversees day to day activities as well as long term team initiatives; monitors, reports and follows up on open
deliverables, tracks and communicates progress, and coordinates with stakeholders
• Develops standard operating procedures and maintains formal documentation of processes
• Manages validation and audits activities on an established schedule
