Hr Operations Specialist

provide efficient tier one support to customers of Global HR Operations (including employees, managers and local HR/TA, 3rd party vendors) by resolving inquiries, processing/completing requests, referring/escalating concerns to appropriate person if needed, while ensuring adherence to policies and standard procedures and within SLA
perform HR operations tasks which include but not limited to: benefits processing, background checks, separation processing, letter issuance, etc.
ensure data integrity and confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures by processing data and transactions accurately and identifying/flagging/correcting errors
contribute to operational excellence and process improvement by ensuring that process documents and guides are up to date and by identifying areas for improvement in HR operations and raising them as needed
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in HR especially in PH Government mandated benefits processing.
Shared Services background is highly preferred
