Job Description
Provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting routine audit tests.
Supports HR knowledge database documentation
Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues in order to provide accurate answers and facilitate appropriate solutions.
Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource functions (talent acquisition, learning, total rewards, etc.), employee relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices, human resource program managers and technology specialists.
